VTR’s customers are located in Santiago, Chile’s largest city, the large regional cities of Iquique, Antofagasta, Concepción, Viña del Mar, Valparaiso, Rancagua, and smaller cities across Chile. Its cable network is 77% upgraded to two-way capability, with 82% of cable homes passed served by a network with a bandwidth of at least 750 MHz.
VTR also offers a range of broadband communications services to business customers in its core communities within Santiago and its core metropolitan networks outside of Santiago.

VTR provides digital and analog cable video services. For its digital video subscribers, VTR provides up to 96 video channels and over 40 radio channels (including the channels in its analog service). In addition, VTR offers its customers various premium channels, HD programming interactive services such as VoD, an electronic program guide, as well as DVR time-shifting capability. An analog basic cable subscriber receives 46 video channels, depending on location.

VTR offers multiple tiers of broadband internet services. Download speeds of up to 120 Mbps are available with its next-generation broadband internet service utilizing EuroDOCSIS 3.0 technology. VTR’s next-generation services are available to 77% of its homes passed.

VTR provides circuit-switched voice services, as well as feature-rich digital telephony via VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Its fixed line services are available to 77% of its homes passed
In September 2009, VTR was awarded a mobile license for one of three blocks of 30 MHz frequency in the 1700/2100 MHz frequency band. VTR has initiated construction of a mobile network in Chile that will be used in combination with certain third-party wireless access arrangements to provide mobile voice and broadband products. VTR expects to launch its mobile service in 2012.
