Biography - Bernard G. Dvorak

Bernard G. Dvorak is Senior Vice President and Co-Chief Financial Officer (Principal Accounting Officer) of Liberty Global, Inc., a position he has held since the combination of Liberty Media International, Inc. (LMI) and UnitedGlobalCom, Inc. in June 2005. Mr. Dvorak is an executive officer of Liberty Global and sits on the company’s Executive Management Committee. Mr. Dvorak is also a Director of Telenet Group Holding NV, a Liberty Global subsidiary, and a Belgian public limited liability company.

Mr. Dvorak served as a Senior Vice President and Controller of LMI from March 2004 until June 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Dvorak was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of On Command Corporation, a subsidiary of Liberty Media Corporation.

From September 2000 until June 2002, Mr. Dvorak was Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Formus Communications, Inc., a provider of fixed wireless services in Europe. He assumed the CEO position after serving as Formus's Chief Financial Officer from April 1999 until September 2000. Prior to that, from February 1998 until April 1999, Mr. Dvorak was President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Cordillera Communications Corp., a specialized mobile radio operator in Latin America. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Cordillera from February 1997 until February 1998.

Mr. Dvorak holds a Bachelor of Science from Ferris State College.
