Telenet’s customers are primarily located in the Flanders region, including Antwerp and Gent, and the capital city of Brussels. Its networks are all upgraded to two-way capability and all of its cable homes passed are served by a network with a bandwidth of at least 550 MHz. Telenet makes its quadruple-play services available to all of its homes passed.
Telenet also offers a range of voice and broadband internet services to business customers throughout Belgium and parts of Luxembourg under the brand “Telenet Solutions”.
Liberty Global indirectly owns 50.2% of Telenet, as of December 31, 2011. Telenet is listed on NYSE Euronext Bruxelles.

Telenet provides digital and analog cable video services. For its digital cable subscribers, Telenet offers packages of up to 70 video channels and over 33 radio channels (including channels in its analog service). In addition, Telenet’s offers its customers a variety of premium channels, HD programming, interactive services such as VoD and ‘catch-up’ TV, an electronic program guide, as well as DVR time-shifting capability. An analog basic cable subscriber receives 25 video channels and 22 radio channels, depending on location.

Telenet offers multiple tiers of broadband internet service. Download speeds of up to 100 Mbps are available with Telenet FiberNet, its next-generation broadband internet service utilizing EuroDOCSIS 3.0 technology. Telenet FiberNet services are available to all of its homes passed.

Telenet offers multi-feature digital telephony via VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) to all its homes passed. Its VoIP services are available to 100% of its homes passed. Telenet also offers mobile voice services as a mobile virtual network operator.
