UPC Czech’s customers are located in cities and towns throughout the country, including the capital city of Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Plzen, and Liberec. Its networks are 92% upgraded to two-way capability, with 93% of its homes passed served by a network with a bandwidth of at least 860 MHz.
UPC Czech also offers business customers located in its service areas voice, broadband internet, and data services.
UPC Czech provides digital and analog cable video services. For its digital cable subscribers, UPC Czech offers packages with up to 110 video channels and over 28 radio channels (including the channels in its analog package). In addition, UPC Czech also offers its customers a variety of premium channels, HD programming, an electronic program guide, as well as DVR time-shifting capability. An analog basic cable subscriber receives 41 video channels and 25 radio channels, depending on location.

UPC Czech offers multiple tiers of broadband internet services. Download speeds of up to 120 Mbps are available with UPC Fiber Power, its next-generation broadband internet service utilizing EuroDOCSIS 3.0 technology. UPC Fiber Power is available to 93% of UPC Czech’s two-way homes passed.
