UPC Poland’s customers are located in regional clusters encompassing eight of the ten largest cities in Poland, including the capital city Warsaw, Cracow and Katowice. Its network is 95% upgraded to two-way capacity, with 99% of its homes passed served by a network with a bandwidth of at least 860 Mhz.
UPC Poland also offers a range of video, voice, broadband internet, and data services to business customers.
UPC Poland provides digital and analog cable video services. For its digital cable subscribers, UPC Poland offers packages of up to 114 video channels and over 19 radio channels (including the channels in its analog service). In addition, UPC Poland offers its customers a variety of premium channels, HD programming, interactive services such as VoD and remote recording, an electronic program guide, as well as DVR time-shifting capability. An analog basic cable subscriber receives 49 video channels, depending on location.

UPC Poland offers multiple tiers of broadband internet service. Download speeds of up to 150 Mbps are available with UPC Fiber Power, its next-generation broadband internet service utilizing EuroDOCSIS 3.0 technology. The UPC Fiber Power service is available to 66% of UPC Poland’s two-way homes passed.

UPC Poland offers feature-rich digital telephony via VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Its VoIP services are available to 94% of its homes passed. UPC Poland also offers mobile telephony service as a light MVNO, by leasing a core network and a radio access network from a third party mobile network provider.
