UPC Slovakia’s customers are located in seven regions in Slovakia, including the five largest cities of Bratislava, the capital city, Košice, Prešov, Banská Bystrica, and Žilina. Its networks are 94% upgraded to two-way capability with 95% of the homes passed served by a network with a bandwidth of at least 860 MHz.
UPC Slovakia provides video services via cable (digital and analog) and MMDS. For its digital cable subscribers, UPC Slovakia offers packages of up to 84 video channels and over 15 radio channels (including the channels in its analog service). In addition, UPC Slovakia offers its customers a variety of premium channels, HD programming, a pay-per-view service, an electronic program guide, as well as, DVR time-shifting capability. An analog basic cable subscriber receives 47 video channels and 11 radio channels, depending on location.

UPC Slovakia offers multiple tiers of broadband internet service. Download speeds of up to 120 Mbps are available UPC Fiber Power service, its next-generation broadband internet service utilizing EuroDOCSIS 3.0 technology. The UPC Fiber Power service is available to 84% of UPC Slovakia’s two-way homes passed.
