UPC Cablecom’s customers are located in 24 of the 26 member states (Cantons) of Switzerland, including the major cities of Bern, the capital city, Zürich, Lausanne, and Geneva. Its nationwide network is 84% upgraded to two-way capability, with 90% of its cable homes passed served by a network with a bandwidth of at least 860 MHz.
For its analog cable customers, UPC Cablecom offers a basic service of 36 video channels and 35 radio channels. For its digital cable customers, UPC Cablecom offers a package of up to 175 video channels and 100 radio channels (including the channels in its analog service) and a range of additional pay television programming in a variety of foreign language program packages and premium channel packages. Through its digital service, UPC Cablecom also offers video on demand services (VoD), DVR & HD-DVR time-shifting functionality, as well as HD programming.
In May 2010, UPC Cablecom introduced its DigiCard, which offers digital television services through the use of a common interface card rather than via a set-top-box. The DigiCard is available for a one-time fee and allows the customer to view its digital entry service without an additional monthly charge. In January 2011, UPC Cablecom was the first Swiss provider to show content in 3D.

UPC Cablecom offers multiple tiers of broadband internet service with download speeds ranging from 500 Kbps to 100 Mbps with its Fiber Power service. With Fiber Power, its next-generation broadband internet service offers download speeds of up to 100+ Mbps utilizing U.S.DOCSIS 3.0 technology. The Fiber Power service is available to 92% of its two-way homes passed, as of March 31, 2011.
