Poland
UPC Poland is the largest cable television operator in Poland. UPC Poland provides video, broadband internet, and digital (VoIP) telephony services to 1.1 million customers as of June 30, 2010. UPC is a leading provider of triple play services in Poland. UPC Poland is the largest of Liberty Global’s operations in Central and Eastern Europe in terms of revenue.

UPC Poland’s customers are located in regional clusters encompassing eight of the ten largest cities in Poland, including the capital city of Warsaw and Katowice. Its network is 93% upgraded to two-way capacity, with 98% of its homes passed served by a network with a bandwidth of at least 860 Mhz.

In January 2008, UPC Poland rolled out broadband internet and voice services to business customers.

Video
UPC Poland offers analog and digital video services. An analog cable subscriber may receive approximately 60 channels, depending on the package. A digital cable subscriber may receive over 100 channels (including the channels in its analog service). A variety of premium services are available for an additional fee to analog and digital subscribers. Through its digital service, UPC Poland also offers DVR and HD DVR time-shifting capability, HD programming and on-demand services (VoD).

Internet
UPC Poland offers nine tiers of broadband internet service in portions of its network. Its download speeds range from 1 Mbps to 120 Mbps. In September 2009, UPC Poland launched UPC Fiber Power, its next-generation broadband internet service with download speed of up to 120 Mbps, utilizing EuroDOCSIS 3.0 technology. The UPC Fiber Power service is available to 30% of UPC Poland’s two-way homes passed.

Voice
UPC Poland offers feature-rich digital telephony via VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Its VoIP services are available to 93% of its homes passed.
