UPC Poland’s customers are located in regional clusters encompassing eight of the ten largest cities in Poland, including the capital city of Warsaw and Katowice. Its network is 90% upgraded to two-way capacity, with 95% of its homes passed served by a network with a bandwidth of at least 860 Mhz.
In January 2008, UPC Poland rolled out broadband internet and voice services to business customers.
UPC Poland offers analog and digital video services. An analog cable subscriber may receive over 60 channels, depending on the package. In May 2008, UPC Poland introduced digital cable service offering over 100 channels (including the channels in its analog service). A variety of premium services are available for an additional fee to analog and digital subscribers. Through its digital service, UPC Poland also offers DVR time-shifting capability and HDTV.

UPC Poland offers four tiers of broadband internet service in portions of its network. Its download speeds range from 1 Mbps to 120 Mbps. On September 21, 2009, UPC Poland launched UPC Fiber Power, an ultra high-speed internet service with download speed of up to 120 Mbps, utilizing the EuroDOCSIS 3.0 platform.

UPC Poland offers feature-rich digital telephony via VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Its VoIP services are available to 87% of its homes passed.
