UPC Netherlands is a leading broadband cable operator in the Netherlands. UPC Netherlands’ subscribers are located in six broad regional clusters, including the major cities of Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Its networks are 96% upgraded to two-way capability, and almost all of its cable homes are served by a network with a bandwidth of at least 860 MHz.

UPC Netherlands provides video cable services to almost all of its homes passed and 92% of its homes are capable of receiving digital cable service. UPC Netherlands offers its digital cable subscribers a digital entry package of 50 channels. Subscribers can upgrade to a digital package of approximately 40 additional channels and subscribe to premium services such as Film 1 and Sport 1. The digital service includes electronic program guide, interactive services and video-on-demand (VOD). UPC Netherlands’ digital cable service offers over 400 top movies and 500 hours of top programs through VOD services. For its analog customers, UPC Netherlands offers 25-40 video channels depending on a customer’s location. |
