UPC Poland, Liberty Global’s local affiliate, is the largest broadband cable operator in Poland and is Poland’s leading provider of triple play services. UPC Poland’s subscribers are located in regional clusters encompassing eight of the ten largest cities in Poland, including the capital city of Warsaw. Eighty percent of its networks are two-way serviceable, with 98% of its video cable subscribers served by a network with a bandwidth of at least 550 MHz. UPC Poland systematically continues to upgrade portions of its network to two-way capability with the bandwidth of 860 MHz.

UPC Poland offers an analog cable television service with over 50 channels. The rich choice of channels comprises Polish terrestrial public and commercial channels, regional local programming, and a large number of thematic channels. UPC Poland’s television services address a wide range of interests with such themes as news, sports, film, kids, science/educational, life-style, and music. For an additional monthly charge, UPC Poland offers premium television services, the HBO Poland service and Canal+ Multiplex, a Polish-language premium package of four movie, sport and general entertainment channels. |

UPC broadband internet service is renowned in Poland for offering the best value for money. UPC Poland provides different tiers of high-speed internet-service, with market-leading download speeds of up to 20 Mbps. Since the service launch in 2000, UPC has consistently expanded its broadband footprint and developed the service quality to successfully compete in the market. At present UPC is Poland’s second largest broadband internet provider on the private market. |

In 2005, UPC Poland rolled out VoIP multi-feature telephony services. UPC Poland offers basic dial tone service as well as value-added services. UPC was the first provider of a flat-fee calling plan. Owing to attractive tariffs and bundling offers, UPC Poland has successfully grown its telephone customer base since the launch. |

B2B (Business to Business)
In January 2008, UPC Poland entered a new telecom market segment by launching business services. Packages consist of high speed internet of various parameters and telephony. A dedicated team of advisors aims to ensure high quality standards of the new offering.
