 UPC Romania is the largest broadband cable operator in Romania and it operates in over 200 cities in the country, including the capital city of Bucharest. Seventy-six percent of its networks are upgraded to two-way capability. UPC Romania is able to offer broadband internet services to 70% of its homes passed and digital telephony services to 67%. UPC Romania continues to upgrade its systems so as to launch triple play services in all large and medium size cities in Romania. UPC Romania also offers a wide range of voice, leased line and high speed broadband data products, VPN, Intranet and extranet solutions to large business customers and small office at home, or “SOHO” customers.

UPC Romania offers analog cable service with up to 44 channels in all of its cities, which include Romanian terrestrial broadcast channels, European satellite programming and regional local programming. Three packages are available for clients all over the country: Small, Medium, and Large. Premium tiers, HBO/Maxpack and Adult, are available in the main cities.
In Bucharest, UPC Romania also offers digital cable service, UPC Digital TV, with 107 channels included in the tier. It is the most complete digital tier available in the country. During 2008, UPC Romania will launch the digital cable service in other important cities. |

UPC Romania currently provides the highest residential internet speed available on the Romanian market which is 20 Mbps. The company offers three tiers which consist of Small (download speed up to 1 Mbps), Medium (download speed up to 10 Mbps), Large (download up to 20 Mbps).
With UPC 3Play offer that the company launched in October 2007, for the first time on the Romanian cable communication market, a client who purchases television, internet, and telephony services in a package pays less for the total subscription. |

UPC Romania has three attractive tiers of VoIP telephony which consist of Small, Medium, Large. The digital telephony service of UPC Romania includes unlimited calls within the UPC network and also free minutes to other fixed networks.
Starting the fourth quarter of 2005, UPC Romania extended the VoIP telephony deployment of its acquired subsidiary Astral to its own networks and has rolled out VoIP multi-feature telephony services. |
