UPC Slovakia offers two tiers of analog cable service and three premium services. Its lower-tier, the lifeline package, includes four to ten channels. UPC Slovakia’s most popular tier is the basic package with  12 to 50 channels that generally offer all Slovak terrestrial, cable and local channels, selected European satellite programming and other third-party programming. For an additional monthly charge, UPC Slovakia offers three premium services—HBO, Private Gold and the UPC Komfort package consisting of five thematic third-party channels.

In Bratislava the Slovak capital, UPC offers digital TV service. The lower-tier called the Entry package; includes 15 channels, the Basic package includes almost 80 channels and the Exclusive package includes almost 85 channels. UPC Digital TV offers four HDTV channels.

In thirteen Slovak cities, UPC offers three residential services of chello branded broadband internet  service (chello small, chello medium, chello large) with download speeds ranging from one Mbps to 20 Mbps. UPC Slovakia also offers chello professional service for small and medium enterprises with download speeds up to 15 Mbps.

UPC’s digital satellite television services, known as UPC Direct, covers the largest proportion of subscribers, offers over 150 coded and free air TV channels, and has approximately 50 radio stations in digital quality. Special features include program language selection, parental lock, as well as an Electronic TV Guide. There are two tiers available, Basic and Plus. Digital satellite subscribers can also use the digital video recorder (DVR) and have access to premium channels such as HBO, Hustler and Cinemax.

In Bratislava, UPC Slovakia offers digital VoIP telephony services in three tiers; Flex, Freetime and Anytime. The telephony service is included in UPC triple play and offered in five Slovak cities (Bratislava, Kosice, Zilina, Trnava and Banska Bystrica).
